Girls Flag Football
The focus of our Girls Flag Football program is to develop athletes who are committed to learning the game of flag football and want to play at the next level. Female athletes in 5th-12th grade are welcome to train with us during open workouts and dedicated training sessions. Please continue below for more information.

- Girls flag football participation increased 84% year-over-year.
- Flag football is now the 6th-most-popular girls high-school sport.
- Flag football will make its Olympic debut at the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
- More than 75 colleges were expected to have women’s flag football at the NCAA or club level by summer 2026.
Expo & Field Day
Join SoCal Game Changers as we celebrate the season and hold our first annual girls flag football expo and field day. Expo & Field Day is led by experienced coaches and women athletes teaching the fundamentals of flag football. Get ready to participate in individual and group competitions, speed and agility drills, and a chance to win our raffle.

We are recruiting the city’s top talent from middle school to high school for our 3 travel flag football teams.If you’re interested in joining a travel team for the 2026-2027 season, sign up to tryout below.
