Our Peak Performance Summer Camp is an 8-week program built to help young athletes develop in four key areas:
- Strength & Conditioning 💪
- Explosive Movement ⚡️
- Speed & Agility 🏁
- Recovery & Mobility (Our Top Priority) 🔄
Grade Levels
- 3rd-5th from 8:15 to 9:30 AM
- Middle School from 9:30 to 10:45 AM
- High School from 10:45 AM to 12 PM
Schedule
- Every Monday – Wednesday
- Session Length: 75 minutes
- Start Date: June 15, 2026
- End Date: July 22, 2026
